Items must be in resellable condition (still in twisted skein format as you received them) You only have to pay for possible loss in value of goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not required to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. Skeins made in cake and products with  a special hint are exclude from return.

Once received and checked, we will process your refund or store credit within several business days.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

We don´t offer exchanges. You´ll need to return the items you no longer want and we will process that. To recieve the items you do want, please place a separate order for those items to ensure they don´t sell out.
